common reasons why forex traders lose money?

I would like to know the common reasons why forex traders lose money? Is it because they have a small capital or have a hard time making decisions?

They lose money because:

1) Either they are too greedy
2) Trading on "Gut Feel"
3) Invest the entire capital in just one trade.

In my opinion, common reasons why forex traders lose money is Not discipline with good money management, too greedy and over confident..
