Calculation and interpretation
We see on the curve of the price corresponding to a significant trend and we draw a line connecting the highest and the lowest (or vice versa) on this period.
The height between the two points is used to calculate the arcs of Fibonacci. Generally there are three arcs corresponding to ray of 38.2%, 50% and 61.8% of this height from the end point of the identified trend. The circular arcs are plotted for each ray, which act as zone of support and resistance.
Next a major change in trend, the «arc Fibonnacci» defines the objectives of the magnitude of the correction that will follow
